Born and raised in Florida and now a proud Texan, Kaylan Grant founded TeamCore Solutions after years of living and working across three states and six cities. Despite the changes in location, one pattern remained constant—poor leadership, disengaged teams, and a lack of appreciation for the people doing the work. As a psychology graduate, this reality struck a deeper chord. Kaylan knew that no business could truly thrive without investing in its core: its employees.

Kaylan holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Bethune-Cookman University and brings over five years of applied psychology experience, two years of data-informed analysis, and three years of human resources experience supporting complex, multi-department organizations. Through both research and lived experience, Kaylan discovered that the highest-performing companies were those that intentionally prioritized employee-centered cultures. In those environments, retention, engagement, revenue, and innovation all flourished. TeamCore Solutions was created to help organizations build those cultures—and achieve sustainable success by putting people first.
